DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY UK :

England and Wales, checkout will be completed exclusive of delivery. We will be in touch via e-mail within 48 hours of your transaction to organise shipping.

 

DELIVERY EU :

We aim to make shopping in the UK easy for you and offer three types of delivery services into Europe:

  1. IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) All-Inclusive Shipping. Economical service for residential customer,  No customs fees, duties, or additional charges. EU VAT included. There is nothing more to pay. Please see below for further details. Please Note: We are currently unable to offer this service to Republic of Ireland.

  2. EU Standard or Express Saver Shipping. (DAP - Delivered at Place) for residential or business customers for orders of any value. This includes the cost of delivery but excludespayment of EU VAT, any duty or customs clearance fees which must be paid by you direct to the carrier. Please see below for further details.

PRICING

All of the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of delivery. If the delivery is to mainland England and Wales, the associated cost will be added to your basket at checkout.

Our delivery prices are non-cumulative, so you will only ever pay one delivery charge – that associated with your largest item. The charges are based on the size of the piece and the distance of the delivery address.

PROCESS

Following your online transaction, we will liaise with you to inform you of your delivery date, which will be within 10 working days for antique items. Rescheduling outside of this may incur a further charge.

All Created items are made to order and will be delivered following production (please see lead times on product pages).

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a position to accept delivery – and that your premises can accept the pieces you have purchased (all dimensions are provided on product pages).

We will always do our best to assist in moving your item to its desired location in your property.

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with the pieces you buy at Maison 18th. However, if necessary, we offer a refund policy in the form of a voucher. Please notify us by email or telephone within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item.

The returned stock must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days, in the same condition it left us. The return costs will be equal to the original delivery costs and will be deducted from your refund. We do not reimburse the original delivery costs.

We cannot accept a return, except in the event of a defect, for any item made to order .
